Job Summary
Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, including classifying inbound leads based on provided guidelines and conducting basic research on prospects using company websites, LinkedIn, and other resources. Support lead management by ensuring records are accurately recorded and forwarded to BizDev or Sales teams for follow-up. Maintain CRM system accuracy by updating records and performing basic audits to identify and correct simple discrepancies. This working student role requires 20 hours per week and is based in Krakow, Poland. Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Marketing with fluent English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing (or a related field)
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite, particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn how to work with data sets and perform basic audits to identify and correct simple discrepancies
- A detail-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn how to manage and update CRM systems under guidance
- An interest in developing research skills to help gather information about potential leads and target markets
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate and learn from the sales and marketing teams

Desired Qualifications
