Job Summary
Working Student M&A responsibilities include financial analysis, evaluating P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, preparing revenue, EBITDA, margin and working capital summaries, comparing performance to budgets/forecasts, identifying unusual items, supporting management summaries, and aiding valuation and financial modelling. You will update Excel valuation models, input financial data into templates, perform sensitivity analysis, track due diligence requests, review data room documents, summarize findings across financial, legal, HR, commercial and IT documents, prepare follow-up questions for the seller/target, maintain Q&A trackers, and highlight missing documents or inconsistencies. Ideal candidates are current finance/accounting students with strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, fluent English, and good communication skills; German language is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university
