Job Summary
Support daily logistics operations and optimize end-to-end processes in a fast-paced, international team. Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for logistics and material handling, implement packaging/labeling/shipping documentation best practices, manage incoming/outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners domestically and internationally; assist with customs processing for material transfers outside Germany; contribute to supplier logistics operations. The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or related field, internships or working student experience, basic shipping/customs knowledge, familiarity with warehousing, and proficiency in German and English. The position is based in Munich with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Initial experience through internships or other working student roles, ideally in a dynamic or fast-paced environment
- Interest in supporting the setup and optimization of logistics processes
- Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping and customs procedures
- Familiarity with shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management principles
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
