Job Summary
Prepare, configure, and manage IT hardware for employees while maintaining accurate asset records and updating internal systems. Support staff by assisting with IT requests and incidents through Jira Service Management and the Atlassian suite, and handle onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure equipment is tracked correctly. Gain hands-on experience with corporate technologies including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Claude AI through daily operational tasks in a live production environment. Work onsite at our office up to 20 hours per week during term time, developing technical knowledge and contributing to the smooth running of internal IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Good level of English written and verbal
- Working Student (Werkstudent)
- Up to 20 hours per week during term time (in line with local regulations)
- Onsite at our office
