Job Summary
Working Student International Payroll, Social Law & Purchasing Support role in Leuven, Belgium. Support Comp & Ben/Global Mobility (50%) and Purchase Order Management (50%) activities within an international HR team. Responsibilities include managing HR-related purchase orders across the global organization, collaborating with Finance, and gaining exposure to international compensation & benefits, labour law, social security, and cross-border HR processes under guidance from a global mobility expert. Specific tasks include immigration, tax & legal compliance support, collaboration with external partners (law firms, relocation agencies, insurance brokers), assisting in Compensation & Benefits projects, monthly payroll/compliance tasks, and inbound/outbound secondments; and PO generation/maintenance for HR-related services, invoice follow-up, and reporting. The role combines HR administrative operations with global mobility practices in a paid student contract of 20 hours/week for 10 months, with an emphasis on learning and growth in a fast-growing international offshore-wind company.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor/Master student in Tax, Social law, Business Management or related
- Analytical, organised and proactive
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal/writing)
- Discrete with confidential information
- Comfortable in a changing and fast‐paced international environment
- Genuine interest in compensation & benefits and global mobility
