Job Summary
Support product launches and relaunches in the DACH market by analyzing brand performance and developing management recommendations. Plan and execute media campaigns, including briefing agencies, coordinating campaign strategies, and designing content for POS materials and e-retail. Manage influencer marketing campaigns and retailer event collaborations while creating presentations for proposed marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams to execute projects across all departments. Conduct market observations using research and trade data to track competitive landscapes. This role begins in October 2026 for a minimum of six months and requires a valid student enrollment throughout the duration.
Required Qualifications
- Mind. 3 Fachsemestern im Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Voraussetzung ist eine gültige Immatrikulation während der gesamten Tätigkeit
- Die Tätigkeit ist für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 6 Monaten ab Oktober 2026 geplant

- Ausgeprägter „Business Sense“, Agilität und gesunder Pragmatismus („Hands-On Mentalität“)
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, insbesondere Eigeninitiative, Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
- Excel Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmarketing wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in Digital-Marketing & E-Commerce von Vorteil
