Job Summary
Support the Project Management team with project contractual activities, from initial hand-over through final client acceptance and resolution of outstanding obligations. Analyze contractual clauses systematically to identify risks and opportunities, then drive project start-ups via robust Contract Execution strategy development. Serve as advisor to project managers on claim and counterclaim activity, while guiding sourcing, procurement, engineering, site management, and testing processes. Collaborate with service teams to manage defect notifications and warranty resolution procedures. This working student role offers flexible working hours and remote work possibilities at the Berlin location.
Required Qualifications
- Studies in Contract Law, Contract Management, Project Management or a comparable field
- very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
