Job Summary
Support the Project Management team with project contractual activities, from initial hand-over through final client acceptance and resolution of outstanding obligations. Analyze contractual clauses systematically to identify risks and opportunities, then drive project start-ups by developing robust Contract Execution strategies. Serve as advisor to project managers on claim and counterclaim activity, while guiding sourcing, procurement, engineering, site management, and testing processes. Collaborate with service teams to manage defect notifications and warranty resolution procedures. Participate in project reviews and contribute to their preparation. Requires studies in Contract Law or Project Management, strong German and English skills, and flexible working hours in the Central Europe cluster.
Required Qualifications
- Studies in Contract Law, Contract Management, Project Management or a comparable field
- very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

- Electrical engineering background
