Working Student im Bereich Recruiting & Employer Branding (job for all genders)

Manage the full recruiting process for apprentices, interns, and working students, from posting job advertisements to final hiring. Screen incoming applications, coordinate interview schedules, and handle all communication with candidates throughout the selection process. Conduct initial interviews independently and collaborate with various departments on further selection steps and staffing for technical and leadership roles. Assist with employer branding initiatives and operational daily tasks within the HR team. Requires a student in the third semester of a relevant degree program with at least 14 hours of weekly availability, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
