Job Summary
Prepare and follow up on internal and customer cuppings, while organizing and dispatching coffee samples to clients worldwide. Manage sample logistics for quality evaluations, maintain inventory storage areas, and support documentation tasks such as data entry for sample records. Assist the team with operational quality processes and administrative duties. This role offers flexible working hours, a hybrid model, and access to a €2,000 annual training budget within a globally active green coffee service group specializing in supply chains from origin to destination markets.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Good English skills
- German is beneficial
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with routine and repetitive tasks
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support operational processes
- Strong team player with good communication skills
