Job Summary
Prepare and follow up on internal and customer cuppings while supporting the organization and dispatch of coffee samples to clients worldwide. Manage sample logistics for quality evaluation, maintain inventory and storage areas, and handle documentation tasks such as data entry for sample records. Assist the team with operational duties and day-to-day quality processes to ensure smooth sample handling. This role offers hands-on experience in green coffee sector operations within an international trading company, providing insights into quality management and supply chain logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Good English skills
- German is beneficial
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with routine and repetitive tasks
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support operational processes
- Strong team player with good communication skills
