Job Summary
Working Student Frontend Engineer (TypeScript) at Bettermile/Better Planner in Berlin. You’ll ship real frontend code, implement reusable UI components during a design-system migration, and build features from scratch with mentorship from senior engineers. Responsibilities include contributing to frontend features, troubleshooting and refactoring for a smooth user experience, investigating new tools, and optimizing performance in a hybrid setup with on-site Berlin presence and remote work up to 12 weeks per year. Core skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with React or Vue; strong proactive communication and a curious, self-driven mindset are valued.
