Job Summary
Support Business Analysts at the IT and Group Finance interface by creating project plans, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders. Prepare meeting minutes, deliver audience-focused presentations, and provide process support for software implementations and SAP transport activities. Conduct research on IT trends, regulatory topics, and business matters to enhance system operations. This role involves collaborating across Finance and IT teams to ensure reliable process and system development. You will work 19 hours per week in a hybrid model, with an e-learning programme and access to Microsoft Copilot for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Current advanced-stage studies in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience within the financial services industry or in areas such as IT, accounting, project management or process management
- Strong PowerPoint skills and confidence working with Excel
- Proficient user skills in German and English
- A solid understanding of, or a strong interest in, business processes and commercial principles
- You enjoy collaborating with different teams, communicate your ideas clearly and effectively and complement your strong communication skills with enthusiasm and motivation for our work
