Job Summary
Manage and maintain SAP's global and local compliance policies within the Policy Management team. Assist in the policy review and approval process, including preparing documentation, while contributing to record management and policy management statistics. Support the maintenance of the policy management tool and handle research, data management, and project coordination. Use your own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team. Work from the Walldorf office with 0–10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
- Organization & time management skills
- Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support
- Quality driven, reliable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Understanding of or interest in legal topics
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Working from Walldorf office
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred fields of study: Law or business law
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with SAP systems
- French language skills
