Job Summary
Respond to service tickets for two software tools, including adding roles, users, and updating instructions. Take ownership of these tools by making improvements to their setup. Create summary reports via the tool to identify information gaps and report status to key stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to define next steps by adding tickets to the backlog and discussing improvements with stakeholders. Work within a cross-functional environment to meet and collaborate with colleagues across the company.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in any Bachelor or Master program in Berlin
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- preferably Law-related
- Interest in Data Protection and privacy
- Quick learning abilities: you enjoy figuring out how things work and dive into details autonomously
- Good communication and collaboration skills
