Job Summary
Working Student – S&OP Analyst supports the Corporate Planning team by developing Power BI dashboards to support S&OP, S&OE and IBP processes; analyzes planning data (demand, supply, backlog, capacity) and translates it into actionable insights; contributes to consolidating cross-BU data into an integrated view; helps improve data quality and governance; assists in preparing management reports and executive visuals; collaborates with planning, finance and IT on data structures and tooling (e.g., Anaplan, ERP); focuses on building a scalable data foundation across domains (Airports & Distribution) and shaping data-driven decision-making within planning cadences.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL and other tooling
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex topics into insights
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills; able to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in (supply chain) planning (S&OP/S&OE) or operations is a plus
