Job Summary
Support the founders with strategic and operational issues while expanding marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, and potentially HR, finance, and legal functions. Develop and implement concepts, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain meeting minutes and project documentation. Research trends and cooperations, then propose new ideas to improve the product and internal supporting functions. Connect the dots independently to fill gaps, breaking complex tasks into smaller chunks while maintaining attention to detail. Work autonomously with a collaborative, international team in Hamburg or Frankfurt, aligning specific responsibilities with your individual strengths and ambitions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business concepts in theory and more importantly in practice
- Strong practical experience in at least one of the following fields: Marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, legal, finance, HR
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, Entrepreneurship or similar subjects
- An enrolled student who is willing to work 20 hours a week during the lecture period and more during the semester break
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's Degree
- Professional written and verbal fluency in German
- Experience to work in a small and high motivated international and/or distributed team
- Experience in logistics
- Experience working in start-ups
