Working Student – Client Implementation (f/m/X)

Job Summary
Support the Client Implementation Team with daily project tasks across active client integrations. Identify and automate repetitive manual processes within integration workflows by building and testing AI-powered bots. Assist with configuration and testing of internal systems and interfaces while collaborating with Project Managers to solve process bottlenecks. This role requires an enrolled student in Business Informatics, IT, Logistics, or similar fields with technical curiosity and an interest in automation tools. Located in Berlin with a hybrid work model, the position offers flexible hours and opportunities to work remotely for up to two months annually.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g. Business Informatics, IT, Logistics, or similar)
- Good understanding of processes to break them down for automation
- Solution-oriented and creative mindset with technical/IT affinity, with an interest in automation tools and workflows
- Some experience with or strong interest in AI (e.g. using AI tools, building simple bots/scripts with Claude AI and Make.com)
Desired Qualifications
- Speaking German
- having experience in eCommerce
