Working Student in Application Operations: assist in maintaining and optimizing performance and availability of critical business applications; participate in deployment, monitoring, and scaling of modern applications; contribute to introduction of new tools/technologies; analyze operational data for trends and issues; contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows; document configurations, processes, and solutions; strong foundation in DevOps principles and SQL; stack includes Prometheus, Grafana, Bash, Python, PowerShell, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Docker; required to study computer science, business informatics, or related field; German and English skills referenced.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications: You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable course.
- Foundational Knowledge: You already have good knowledge of application operations or DevOps principles.
- Technology Stack: You have experience with Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana), Automation/Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps), or Containerization (Docker).
- Databases: You have good SQL knowledge for analyzing and managing application databases.
- Practical Insights: You have already gained initial experience in areas like microservices, incident management, or test automation.
- Way of Working: You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, an independent way of working, are a communicative team player, and enjoy agile methods. Good German and English communication skills complete your profile.
