Job Summary
Lead a production team at Chart's Centergate Tulsa facility, planning daily/weekly objectives, coaching team members, monitoring performance for quality and on-time delivery, managing inventory and consumables, and coordinating machine/tool repairs. You will fill in for the supervisor as needed, communicate production goals and issues, support decisions on schedules and process improvements, enforce safety and attendance policies, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs. Requires prior manufacturing experience and leadership, plus 2 years in manufacturing; proficiency in English, shop math, and basic MS Word/Excel/Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Prior leadership experience
- If a Chart employee, must have been employed with Chart for a minimum of 6 months.
- 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Basic proficiency in shop math skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Syteline or other ERP system preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred technical/vocational degree
