Job Summary
Lead and work alongside an erosion control crew installing and maintaining SWPPP BMPs, including silt fences, inlet protection, and erosion control blankets. Train crew members, communicate with builder superintendents, and solve field issues while ensuring work meets municipal requirements. Assist the Operations Manager with daily scheduling, equipment management, and job documentation in Jobber. Visit active projects for quality control and keep trailers, tools, and the yard organized. Monday–Friday day shift with seasonal overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of construction experience
- Previous crew leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- SWPPP or erosion control experience
- Experience working for a home builder or site contractor
- Equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Mechanical aptitude
