Job Summary
Respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes while leading projects that help people through difficult moments. Lead technicians in following strict safety protocols, ensure compliance with new safety laws, and maintain warehouse inventory and organization. Document site projects with photos and paperwork for the Project Manager, communicate procedures and policies to clients, and monitor vehicle maintenance including oil changes and repairs. Notify management when e-waste, biohazard, or donations require pickup. Work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekend availability as needed. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- able to lift 50 lbs
- valid STATE driver's license
- ability to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods
- ability to be on call some nights and weekends
- reliable transportation to get to our office
- working cell phone
- basic financial acumen
- 2+ years' experience in the restoration industry
- Weekend availability as needed
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
