Job Summary
Coordinate the development of project working at height plans aligned with the Working at Height Standard, ensuring monthly reviews and design requirements to eliminate height work where possible. Communicate standard requirements and plan details to MDjv employees, contractors, and subcontractors while confirming operatives, supervisors, and staff possess correct competency levels. Manage fire safety activities and oversee compliance with the Working at Height Standard, utilizing Yellowjacket IT systems. This role requires a CSCS Managers Card, SMSTS, and IOSH certification, with a focus on preventing and managing height incidents through close coordination with the construction lead and logistics lead.
Required Qualifications

- First Aid qualification
- Experience of working with a Tier 1 contractor
- IOSH
Desired Qualifications
- Have demonstrated experience managing fire safety in construction
- Complete the construction fire safety awareness e-learning
- Experience and history of working at height activities such as scaffolding
- Ability to use IT systems Yellowjacket management systems
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
