Job Summary
Full-time Workforce Training & Coaching Specialist responsible for day-to-day management, facilitation, instruction, participant coaching, and continuous improvement of the Momentum workforce development program. Builds employer and participant relationships, oversees classroom operations and curriculum implementation, and supports employment readiness, job placement, and retention outcomes in collaboration with leadership, case managers, employers, and community partners. Requires outstanding communication, high emotional intelligence, understanding of homelessness, empathy, organization, and a valid driver’s license.
