Workforce Supervisor

Evaluate forecasting and capacity models to recommend long-term staffing needs and analyze proposals from Workforce Analysts. Provide clear communication of forecasted workload, changes, assumptions, and inputs while escalating data discrepancies to management with action recommendations. Coordinate processes with business leadership to meet operational and strategic needs, advise on opportunities or hazards affecting goal achievement, and respond to client escalations regarding Workforce Management. Act as the initial point of contact for assigned projects and scheduling concerns, collaborating with operations to ensure smooth production environments. Exercise sound judgment in identifying staffing requirements and implementing procedural changes while maintaining compliance. Participate in daily and weekly workforce meetings and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a post-secondary degree and at least two years of Workforce Team Lead and Planning experience.
