Workforce Supervisor

Evaluate forecasting and capacity models to recommend long-term staffing needs and analyze proposals from workforce analysts. Provide clear communication of forecasted workload, changes, and assumptions while escalating data discrepancies with management recommendations. Coordinate processes with business leadership to meet operational and strategic needs, advising on opportunities or hazards affecting goal delivery. Act as the initial point of contact for assigned projects and scheduling concerns, directly responding to client escalations regarding workforce management. Exercise sound judgment in identifying staffing requirements and implementing procedural changes to improve communications and operational efficiency. Participate in daily and weekly meetings requiring workforce involvement and collaborate with operations to ensure the production environment runs smoothly.
