Job Summary
Maintain workforce tracking systems and staffing databases while verifying employee assignments, project placements, and status changes. Audit workforce reports for accuracy, validate metrics prior to distribution, and generate weekly summaries and ad-hoc data requests. Coordinate employee deployments to project sites, track onboarding requirements, and monitor deployment readiness during high-volume staffing periods. Partner with Recruiting, Training, and HR teams to monitor progress, communicate updates to leadership, and support staffing reviews. Identify process improvements for workforce tracking and assist in implementing new management tools and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Planning, or similar roles
- Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical environments (data centers, telecom, cloud, or similar)
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- Experience with WFM platforms (e.g., Kronos/UKG, NICE, Workday, or similar)
- Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments
- Knowledge of capacity planning and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, or service operations frameworks
