Job Summary
In this role you will drive the digital agenda for WCC by implementing Power BI dashboards, automations, and a Custom Factory to meet client requirements. You will analyze data, create views/reports, apply automation for outputs, and support end-to-end metrics and SLA performance. Responsibilities include mobilizing new deals, stakeholder management, process improvement, and collaborating with location leads to share best practices. The position requires strong data visualization, Excel/VBA automation, Power BI proficiency, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You may work in rotational shifts and operate as an individual contributor within a team, handling lower-complexity analyses and supporting client/operational teams with data-driven reporting and analytics.

- Years of Experience: 3 to 5
- Descriptive Analysis

- Advance Excel
