Job Summary
Workforce Resiliency Lead – Vice President role leading the development and execution of unified incident response and employee support playbooks and governance. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts across HR, Global Security, Communications, Firmwide Resiliency, Supplier Services, and Location/Country Leads; designing simulations and training to ensure preparedness for crises such as natural disasters, geopolitical events, active shooter scenarios, cyber incidents, and data privacy events; establishing workflows, governance, and oversight for incident management; driving continuous improvement from lessons learned; and partnering with location/country leads to deliver employee support services.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proven leader with 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience in crisis management, business resiliency, strategy or transformation within a large, complex organization
- Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration
- Execution focus and change management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience developing and implementing processes, playbooks, and governance structures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations
