Job Summary
Hybrid Workforce Readiness Coordinator to prepare students for employment, including career exploration, interview preparation, and professional communication. Responsibilities include aligning programming with employer expectations, connecting students to networking opportunities, incorporating real-world work experiences into curriculum, building and maintaining relationships with employers and community organizations, delivering ELA programs both in-person and virtually (typically 50% of weekly schedule, up to 75%), managing attendance and classroom behavior, administering pre/post assessments and developing impact reports, and collaborating with staff on daily administrative tasks and special projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field and 3-5 years of teaching or equivalent experience; strong PowerPoint/Word/Excel skills; ability to work in a hybrid environment in Warrensville Heights, OH; FBI background check required.
Required Qualifications
