Job Summary
Design and execute multi-year, global workforce strategies aligned with enterprise objectives, forecasting talent needs using predictive modeling and market intelligence. Develop scenario-based workforce models to anticipate risks and ensure business continuity during disruptions while implementing advanced analytics frameworks to monitor skills inventory and capability gaps. Drive initiatives for upskilling, reskilling, and talent acquisition to meet evolving business needs, embedding workforce planning into transformation initiatives in partnership with HR, Finance, and Business Units. Own and continuously evolve the job architecture, establishing global standards for skills taxonomy and capability frameworks. Partner with the People organization to understand talent trends in key locations and align with evolving geographic priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering governance for workforce planning processes and executive-level insights. This role operates within a hybrid model based in Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO, or Houston, TX, supporting HP's mission to reshape how the world works through collective human collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR, Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum of 10+ years in workforce planning, HR strategy, or related fields
- This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a combination of onsite and remote work
- This position may be based in Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO, or Houston, TX
