Workforce Planning & Talent Supervisor

Job Summary
Forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans by partnering with Program Managers to align resources with business priorities. Assign and reallocate employees based on program priorities, skills, and capacity while monitoring utilization trends to address resource gaps. Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes, then coach and develop staff through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career planning. Identify skill gaps, coordinate development opportunities, and use workforce data to support staffing decisions and improve operational efficiency. Manage performance management cycles including goal setting, OKRs/KPIs, and corrective actions. This operational leadership role ensures programs have the right people, skills, and capacity to deliver client work while building a high-performing team within Frontier Energy's clean energy solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in workforce planning, operations, resource management, project coordination, or people leadership
- Experience leading employee performance, coaching, hiring, and workforce planning in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce or project management systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, professional services, engineering, utilities, research, or another project-based environment
- Experience with resource planning, utilization management, capacity forecasting, succession planning, OKRs/KPIs, or talent analytics
