Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and model workforce data to formulate strategic recommendations and maintain capacity plans for external firms and agencies. Produce structured performance analyses and optimization tailored to business sectors, while supporting units through the budgeting process and aligning hiring with organizational objectives. Establish relationships with partners and executives, proactively improving systems and streamlining work methods. Maintain data environments in SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel, developing dashboards for real-time metric tracking and identifying automation opportunities. Requires advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills; bilingualism in French and English is required. Salary range $69,200-$84,600; hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Proficiency with Power Query and Power BI data processing tools (reporting, dashboards, DAX)
- Good knowledge of SharePoint
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SQL query languages
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout their employment
