Workforce Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Own and maintain high-quality workforce data in Workday, including managing organisational structures and role changes; deliver reliable workforce reporting and dashboards (headcount, FTE, vacancies, trends); support workforce planning and forecasting with cross-functional teams; analyze data to identify trends and insights; build relationships with stakeholders to improve data quality and processes. Also, exposure to Workday, HRIS, Power BI/Tableau, and budgeting/forecasting workflows is valued. This role may be known as People Analytics Analyst, Workforce Analytics Analyst, Headcount Analyst, or HR Data Analyst. #LI-Hybrid #LI-TT1
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy across complex datasets
- Experience with workforce or HR data including headcount and organisational metrics
- Excel skills with data manipulation for reporting and analysis
- Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with interest in developing insights beyond reporting
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and maintaining organisational structures
- Exposure to workforce planning, people analytics or organisational design
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau to visualize data
- Understanding of financial processes or budgeting/forecasting
