Job Summary
Workforce Planning Advisor responsible for advancing workforce capability at TC Energy by partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to turn workforce trends into actionable insights. You will develop and monitor workforce metrics, identify critical roles and talent segments, translate business priorities into strategic workforce recommendations, lead development of planning frameworks and tools, and stay current with industry best practices. The role involves collaborating across functions to connect workforce plans with financial outcomes, contributing to forward-looking, scenario-informed planning, and guiding technology definitions for reporting and analytics in a hybrid, cross-border environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR or related disciplines
- Experience with workforce data, reporting, and planning processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Preferred: Experience standing up or maturing workforce planning programs
- Preferred: Experience supporting workforce planning tools or analytics initiatives
- Preferred: Understanding of business operations and workforce implications
- Preferred: Project and change management experience
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based

Additional Requirements
