Job Summary
Lead inclusion, diversity, and social procurement initiatives across NSW projects by partnering with Senior Managers to develop and implement long-term workforce participation strategies. Coordinate programs targeting First Nation Employees, Women in Construction, people with disabilities, and culturally diverse backgrounds while building relationships with community and stakeholder groups. Design training programs to drive behavioral change and facilitate compliance with contract diversity and inclusion requirements. Based at the Alexandria Head Office within the regional People and Culture team, this role supports the company's purpose of creating, connecting, and caring for communities through sustainable workforce initiatives.
