Job Summary
Workforce Operations Lead responsible for overseeing staff movements, bench management, and transitions across a US-market–driven clinical support outsourcing operation. Manages a small team of Workforce Coordinators, owns bench optimization, onboarding/offboarding workflows, intake Fulfillment with Services/Sales/Client Alignment, and compliance with Philippine labor requirements. Collaborates with HR and IT to ensure proper employment status changes, system access provisioning/deprovisioning for EHR and client portals, maintains SOPs for assignment lifecycles, and ensures transitions align with defined SLA windows. Requires leadership in operations, strong Excel/Sheets proficiency, experience with SLA-driven processes, cross-functional collaboration with Services/Delivery and Sales, fluent English, Philippines work authorization, and availability to work US business hours. Preferred candidates may have people management experience, experience with onboarding and offboarding lifecycle processes, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience adopting new tools including AI to improve workforce coordination.”,
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading operations, staffing coordination, or workforce/resource management
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
- Proven experience owning and enforcing SOP-driven operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to execute SLA-based operational tasks, meeting defined turnaround times
- Experience partnering with Services/Delivery and Sales teams to intake and fulfill staffing/workforce requests
- Fluent English communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the Philippines
- Availability to work aligned to US time zone business hours
