Act as Workforce Operations Business Analyst for Serco Immigration Europe, driving development, standardisation, and integration of the Workforce Control model across functions and countries. Interfaces between Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Recruiting; translate business needs into data-driven insights, reporting frameworks, and system requirements; own and coordinate management reporting for Immigration Europe; analyse workforce data, forecast, provide recommendations to improve performance, transparency, and compliance; ensure data quality and compliance; lead functional ownership of the Workforce Operations system landscape; drive continuous improvement and cross-country alignment.
