Job Summary
Implement direct service delivery for the Learn to Earn program by recruiting participants, screening applicants, and assessing their skills and needs. Assist youth in establishing academic and employment goals while providing job-readiness information, referrals, and onsite visits to work sites. Develop and facilitate job readiness trainings, maintain participant records, and provide transportation for program events. Act as a liaison to community agencies, local businesses, and colleges to secure internship opportunities and support systems. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, supporting the Project Coordinator and serving as the program's official ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services OR related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
