Job Summary
As Workforce Manager, you will oversee end-to-end capacity planning and seat management across campaigns, drive staffing plans aligned to contact forecasts, monitor utilization and attrition, and generate client-facing reports. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accurate planning data, identify opportunities to improve real-time scheduling, and perform audits to maintain process accuracy. Responsibilities include managing deviations with financial impact, analyzing capacity constraints, benchmarking planning activities, and delivering insights to optimize operational efficiency across CX campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience as a Manager
