Workforce Manager

Serve as the liaison between client managers, local offices, and contract employees by attending client production and staff meetings regularly. Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors while working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary and utilize available resources for conflict resolution. Perform various customer service related activities to support operations. This role offers a base salary of $54,000 - $60,000 with performance-based bonus potential of $2,000, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, and 20 days of paid time off. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with customer or sales focused experience in a team-oriented environment.
