Job Summary
Serve as the liaison between client managers, local offices, and contract employees by attending client production and staff meetings. Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors while working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary and utilize available resources for conflict resolution. Perform various customer service-related activities to support operations. This role involves managing temporary workforce assignments within manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance sectors for Fortune 500 clients.
Required Qualifications
