Workforce Management Specialist

Job Summary
Design and plan workforce management systems for clients, integrating these solutions with existing customer infrastructure and delivering full implementations. Conduct training for both external customers and internal teams while preparing functional and technical solution design documents. Manage project closure and debriefs, collaborating with clients to identify follow-on opportunities and mentor colleagues. Requires a National Diploma in Information Technology, at least three to five years in system integration and networking, and experience with SQL reporting, Microsoft operating systems, and time and labour management systems. Must be willing to travel locally and internationally with a personal vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma: Information Technology
- Must be willing to travel, locally and internationally to customer sites
- Must have own vehicle and drivers license
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in system integration and networking
- Minimum 1 years experience working with programming and scripting languages
- Experience in web-based technology
- SQL Reporting and Integration
- PC application software experience (MS Office Suite)
- Time and Labour management system experience
- Extensive experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments
- Preparing functional and technical solution design documents and Configuring and delivering the solution to the customer
- Experience with requirement gathering solution design and implementation
- Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT
- Microsoft operating systems and SQL database systems experience

- HR qualification (Certificate / Diploma / Degree)
- Microsoft certifications
- Dell Boomi experience (preferred)
