Job Summary
Plan annually 300 accountants and specialists across diverse sectors while balancing leave, study, and well-being needs. Collaborate with engagement leaders to discuss capacity issues and coordinate with HR, Finance, and management stakeholders regarding staffing feasibility and financial frameworks. Analyze professional utilization to identify discrepancies between scheduled hours and assigned tasks, maintaining the ability to negotiate constraints when necessary. Work intensively within a team of five colleagues to ensure optimal scheduling efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal al organisatorische ervaring opgedaan
- Afgeronde mbo of hbo of wo-opleiding
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Woonachtig in de Randstad
- Voor minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
