Workforce Management Senior Manager

Lead workforce management across planning, staffing, scheduling, and KPI/OKR tracking. Drive strategic workforce decisions by defining and measuring KPIs, overseeing budgeting and governance, and guiding a team to optimize staffing, training, and development. Partner with IT to optimize workforce management technology, contribute to the Division’s OKRs and objectives, and implement improvements for efficiency and productivity. Requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
