Job Summary
Oversee all scheduling activities within the Optim8 platform, including development, management, and long-term maintenance of departmental schedules. Partner with park leadership to design, adjust, and optimize schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage and exceptional service delivery. Analyze staffing plans to identify coverage gaps and provide strategic recommendations to department management and recruiting teams. Prepare, maintain, and distribute key scheduling documents, including open-shift reports, workforce summaries, and headcount templates. Serve as a primary point of contact for associates, addressing scheduling questions and conflicts. Update park schedules in response to staffing changes or business interruptions to maintain operational continuity. Deliver daily leadership and operational reports for the central scheduling office. Maintain reliable and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data table management
- Maintains reliable and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
