Job Summary
Workforce Management Coordinator responsible for urgent shift coverage, maximizing the use of internal casual staff to minimise agency usage, maintaining rostering data in HumanForce, submitting and updating shifts, and producing regular staffing reports in Excel. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external labour hire agencies, supporting system-based workforce management processes, and contributing to broader workforce planning in a hybrid, part-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of rostering processes and casual workforce models
- Experience in fast-paced operational environments
- Familiarity with workforce management systems (e.g., HumanForce) is a plus
- Familiarity with Excel and comfortable reviewing workforce data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing flexible staffing pools is advantageous
- Willingness to learn system configuration and support automation initiatives
- Proactive in resolving unfilled shifts and following up actions
