The role involves liaising with internal teams and external labour hire agencies, supporting system-based workforce management processes, and contributing to broader workforce planning in a hybrid, part-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of rostering processes and casual workforce models
- Experience in fast-paced operational environments
- Familiarity with workforce management systems (e.g., HumanForce) is a plus
- Familiarity with Excel and comfortable reviewing workforce data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing flexible staffing pools is advantageous
- Willingness to learn system configuration and support automation initiatives
- Proactive in resolving unfilled shifts and following up actions
