Job Summary
Director of Workforce Management & Planning responsible for building and maturing the WFM&P capability across transactional operations (e.g., Subrogation, Estate Recoveries, Workers Comp, HIPP, DEV, RV, CEV, SNAP, and RSG). Oversees workforce modeling, real-time queue management, analytics-driven optimization, budgeting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, HR, and Transformation. Leads development of short- and long-term workforce models, operating models, and capacity strategies; acts as a trusted advisor for workforce planning and process design. Fully remote with up to 10% travel. Requires 10+ years in WFM/planning for large transaction/call operations, and 5+ years leading a WFM function; healthcare operations domain experience and analytics-driven modeling expertise highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Ten or more years’ experience in workforce management and planning for large transaction or call operations.
- 5 or more years of experience leading a workforce management function.
- Proven experience developing and managing workforce models for a variety of domains in health care operations.
- Experience leveraging analytics applied to models to improve workforce model precision and accuracy.
