Job Summary
The Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst will oversee labor planning, analysis building, and capacity planning in the Seminole Hard Rock portfolio, ensuring consistent practices across all locations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate thoroughly, clearly explain ideas both verbally and in written form, and interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver
- Experience in change management
- Ability to work effectively independently and ability to work effectively with a team
- Must possess a willingness to learn and work alongside frontline team members
- Remaining objective while letting our main stakeholders feel 'heard'
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working and managing team members on the frontline of a service/hospitality/gaming operation
- Experience with scheduling programs preferably Virtual Roster
- Experiences as a trainer or a teacher
- Experience in Finance Department, specifically Financial Analysis and Labor Analysis
- Human Resources or payroll experience
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish/Haitian Creole)
