Job Summary
Workforce Family Success Coach position focusing on helping youth and low-income adults overcome barriers, gain career skills, and secure employment. Responsibilities include providing paid work experience, vocational training, certifications, and career-pathway opportunities; facilitating resume development, interviewing, workplace and digital literacy, and financial literacy; collaborating with community partners to build strong client relationships and deliver workshops. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or related field, plus experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; reliable transportation with ability to travel across CMCA’s service area.
